GB POWER Projects Pvt. Ltd. (GBP) is an engineering and Project Management company. The company supports the group companies in Manufacturing Pressure parts, Special Equipments and Spares. It is also involved in Condition Assessment and Life Extension Programmes. The company has been conducting RLA / Condition Monitoring on Recovery Boilers, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, AFBC, Evaporators, Structures & Lime-Kiln.
GBP is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The manufacturing shop possess statutory approval as a Well known Manufacturer and as a Well known Boiler Maker from Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR). Also, the company holds approval from the same authority as a Well known Erector / Repairer of Boilers.
With reference to Life Extension Studies, the company possess approval from Central Boiler Board of India to perform Remnant Life Assessment (RLA) and Condition Assessment (CA) activities for Boilers as per IBR.
The company is already in the process of getting accreditation to ASME ‘S’ and ‘U’ stamps for the manufacturing unit to cater to International clients.
On Research front, GBP is jointly working with Central Pulp & Paper Research Institute (CPPRI) for developing an indigenous technology in Black Liquor Viscosity Reduction System (BLVRS).
